About
Sofía Yadigaroglu is a New York–born painter whose work explores memory, family, person and place through intimate, narrative-driven imagery. Her practice reflects a multicultural upbringing (Spain, Switzerland, and Greece) and often engages domestic interiors, portraits, and intergenerational storytelling.
She studies Art History and English at Amherst College and has trained at The Art Students League of NY, RISD, Pratt, Interlochen Arts Academy, and the 92Y. Beyond painting, she has written for magazines, interned in galleries and art nonprofits, and authored a children’s book.
